The inspector will then go directly to the vehicle’s location. The inspection can take anywhere from 1 to 2 hours, depending on the condition of the vehicle and the type of inspection you choose (Basic, Standard, or Premium). You will receive the report on the same day the inspection is completed.
What's the difference between the Basic, Standard and Premium inspection packages?

What if they sell the vehicle which I booked an inspection?
If the vehicle sells before we arrive, we will hold your order while you search for another vehicle. Once you find another vehicle you’d like us to inspect, we’ll transfer the information and dispatch our inspector immediately.
Will I have the chance to speak with the inspector after receiving the report?
Yes, you can request a verbal version of the car assessment report . Will arrange a conference call with one of our agents or a knowledgeable customer service professional over the phone to review the report. If you decide to proceed with the purchase, we will also provide you with additional critical information during the conversation.
Will you give the seller a copy of the report?
